I confirmed this step works on Windows 10 and 11.

If you see Error 10 on installing the driver, multiple retries may solve this issue, or some reporters say using different USB ports or connecting via USB Hub will solve. Probably this doesn’t work well with USB 3. So you can try with USB 2 ports or with USB 2 hub.
