AMD Catalyst Drivers 7970 Popping Sound

Getting a popping sound through speakers using a 7970. I’m disabling the drivers and re-enabling drivers to show that it’s a strong possibility it has to do with the drivers. Old GTS 450 does not do this, thus hard to say it’s the sound hardware. On board HDMI works as well without problems.

I haven’t found a solution, besides using older drivers. Although, I’m not 100% sure if that even works. Let me know what you think it might be, I’m willing to try anything.
