With many issues a computer may have, the first step is to make sure your updates are all processed. Use this video for help with how to start that process. It will update your drivers as well as your operating and security updates. Its good to do this periodically.

A: Depending on the size of the update and the speed of the computer, updating many updates can take many hours sometimes. If you think its stuck, you can try restarting the computer and then restarting the update.
