Epson WorkForce Pro WF-6590 | Wireless Setup
This video is about basic configuration of Epson workforce pro 6590, in this short video you can learn how to connect your Epson printer with wireless network.
Before we start you need to have these things
1-: A wireless network
2-: WiFi name which is called the SSID
3-: Security key of your WiFi router
if you don’t have these information you can ask the person who setup your wireless network.
i believe now you have your WiFi information is ready with you .. so lets now jump into the configuration and connect our printer to a wireless network manually.
Step-1: Tap on setup icon
Step-2: Now scroll down and tap on system administration
Step-3: Then tap on network settings
Step-4: Tap on WiFi-Setup
Step-5: Then tap on WiFi Setup Wizard
Step-6: Now tap on your WiFi router from the list.
Step-7: Now tap on password field and Enter your WiFi security key here
it will take some time to connect your WiFi and get IP settings.
Now here you can see the message that setup is complete and if you press information button on right side of printer.. you can get connection report. lets press that button
Now here you can see the report all checks are passed and our network is working correctly…
even on printer also you can see the status of your network by tapping on setup then on network status option and then tap on WiFi status at top
now here you can see connection speed and signal strength which is excellent.. if you scroll down further you will see the ip address of your printer now using same IP address you can connect your printer with any computer you have on your network and your start printing ..if you follow this video correctly so you are now ready to print wirelessly from any computer on your network.
