UPDATE 10/27/12: The new version of the WAIK for 2012 is called ADK (Assesment and deployment kit) Much of these concepts on WIM images are the same up until the video starts talking about ImageX.exe. All the features of ImageX.exe are now combined into DISM.exe, which was used for servicing WIM images WAIK and now also captures and applies images ADK. Make note of these differences for the version of deployment tool kit you choose to download!
