AMD Discontinues Driver Support For Pre-Polaris GPUs

More disappointing news! Without prior warning, without announcing any new entry level cards, and still in the middle of the Scalper Pandemic, AMD has announced that the latest driver release is the last that will support their legendary GPUs from the HD 7000, 200 and 300 series. This includes some amazing value cards that have stood the test of time, but now can’t be guaranteed to offer good performance on future titles or live service games like Fortnite, Call of Duty: Warzone, Apex Legends and more. In this video I talk about what this might mean for budget gamers, and for my channel going forward.
